All orders will be delivered by the Polish Post and will be dispatched 1-5 open day after reception of the payment (excluded Saturdays). A notice is sent to the customer in case of delay. It takes usually 4 to 10 open days for the parcels to arrive to the customer. For some countries can be longer due covid situation.

For now I can't prepare a phytosanitary certificate, so all live plants will be send only to EU Country.

The plants will be send bare rooted in individualized plastic bags or other protection. In these conditions plants can travel more than 2 weeks without any real damage.

If there will be some broken package please start reclamations with the post office.

In case of non delivery of the parcel by the postal service (incomplete address, parcel not pickup at the local post office...), the customer has to pay the delivery fees for another shipment so that I can dispatch a new parcel.

In the wintertime I send plants above -5^o C. Buyer will be informed if there will be delay due bad situation with weather.
